Recently, we have a customer who needs to classify the zinc powder through the 325 mesh, and then use the 325 mesh sieve fine powder for raw materials for dental filling, so the particle size requirements are higher.
Size range: 60% under 325 mesh screen, 40% over sieve, maximum size around 80 mesh
Expected processing capacity: 200kg-300kg/h
We first test the customer’s raw materials by using the 200mm lab test mesh. The material has good fluidity. In the case of fine powder, the specific gravity is between 4-6 and the specific gravity is heavier, and can easily sieving down.
We all know ultrasonic vibrating screen is added a set of ultrasonic system which as a screen cleaning device to clean the screen when processing materials with fine mesh openings (more than 200 mesh). It makes the material easier to pass through the screen, but after understanding the customer, it is found that the use of ordinary rotary vibrating screen can solve the customer's problem, so finally recommend the customer to use the diameter of 1200-1S rotary vibrating screen, and also put forward two suggestions to the customer:
1. When the particle size requirement is high, the screen wear will be faster because of the larger proportion of zinc powder. Although the rotary vibrating screen is a sub-mother net structure, it has a certain protective effect on the fine mesh, but it is recommended that the customer can do it for insurance. Add a layer of mesh frame and 325 mesh screen twice to ensure that the particle size of the material will not be disqualified because the screen is damaged.
2. A spare vibrating screen frame is used when purchasing equipment, and the screen will be replaced as soon as it is damaged
