     Sulphur is a major kind of inorganic pesticide, which is yellow solid or powder. The pesticide producer would process the sulphur into sulfur colloidal suspension to prevent and cure the pest. The sulphur has no harm to human, livestock and crops. Besides, the sulphur can be used in medicine for curing dermatosis.

2. What is this Philippines client's specific requirement about this machine ?
     Due to he is a not large producer, he want a machine whose capacity could reach to 100kg per hour. According to this, we were ready to recommend our standard gyratory screen. However, he worried about whether the screen hole would be blocked by the sulphur powder. We told him there are PU ring and jumping balls beneath every screen cloth to clean the screen cloth automatically when it is working. Considering he is a pesticide producer, we choose the stainless steel gyratory screen for him so as to clean it easily and no more rusting after cleaning.

  After five days communication, we get a final exact order from him at 5th, December, 2015. And this machine is in manufacturing, we would delivery it after seven days production cycle from Qingdao port.
