Only two steps for adjusting the hammer on rotary vibrating screen

Because of some sieving work is high precision operation, the machine would occur some problems. Sometimes, there is some problem in discharging materials. we can modulate the hammer to adjust the sieving so that this machine reaches to a great screening effect. 

First, we can adjust the extra weight of vibration motor. We can increase extra weight on one of the hammer to improve the exciting force. According to the materials’ specific gravity and different layers, we can increase or decrease the weight. Then we can change the phase angle of the hammer installed on the vibration motor to change the time and movement the materials remaining on the screen surface.

Then, we can open the pedestal of this machine and unscrew the bolt of the below hammer. According to the movement of material, we can change the angle of the hammer on the top and bottom from the inverse direction. Then put some material on the screen and check the movement of them after get electricity. Last, if the efficiency, capacity and the uniformity of material is great, then we can turn off the machine and screw down the bolt.
