The Replacing Process of Ultrasonic Sieve

1.Stretch and Scissor Net
First, stretch the fine net with stretching tools. Scissor the redundant net.

2.Clean the Frame
Use the specizlized cleaning solvent acetone to clean the frame for ensuring the whole frame clean.

3.First smear
Use the specialized mixed glue to smear on the frame edge.

4.Put the prepared sieve on the frame that had been smeared glue.

5.Press the screen with the pressing ring.

6.Second smear
Use the same glue to smear on the sieve that had been fixed.

7.Airing the replaced sieve more 8 hours when in summer, more than 12 hours when in winter.
