The use and maintenance of rotary vibrating screen

1.The machine should install electric protection device .
2.When the machine early running, the operator should check the foundation bolt at least once a day to prevent looseness.
3.When the motor rotation direction is not in conformity with the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
4.The motor should guarantee good lubrication, added lithium grease (ZL-3)every two weeks.
5.After the machine running 1500 hours, operator should check bearing, if have severe damage, the bearing should be replaced.
6.The machine used again after a long time, should measured insulation resistance, measured with 500v megohmmeter, should be greater than 0.5 ohms.
