Linear vibrating screen for screening quartz sand

Linear vibrating screen for screening quartz sand

Linear sieve is a commonly used screening equipment, which can be used to separate granular materials such as quartz sand. The following are the general steps to sieve quartz sand using a linear sieve:

Preparation equipment: linear screen, hopper, conveyor belt, etc.

Put the quartz sand into the hopper, and transport it to the linear screen through the conveyor belt.

Adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude of the linear screen so that the quartz sand can be evenly distributed on the linear screen.

Turn on the power of the linear sieve and start sieving. The linear sieve divides the quartz sand into different particle sizes by means of a vibrating screen. Larger particles will be blocked on the upper screen, while smaller particles will fall through the lower screen and fall into the collector below.

If necessary, multi-layer sieves can be used for grading and sieving to obtain a finer particle distribution.

After the sieving is completed, turn off the power of the linear sieve, and clean up the quartz sand residue in the screen and the collector.

It should be noted that during the screening process, the appropriate screen hole size and vibration parameters should be selected according to the characteristics and requirements of the quartz sand to achieve the best screening effect. At the same time, you should pay attention to safety during operation to avoid accidents.
