Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen for Silicon Powder

We have a customer which is a silicon powder manufacture. Before they used a simple  vibrating screen which is made by themself . The processing capacity is low and the screening effect is poor. And they use 200 meshes but many fine sizes are difficult to sieving. At the same time, the customer wants to improve the product quality through a 300 mesh screen.

In order to give customer better advice, we recommend the customer sent us 20kg sample materials and use our vibrating screen machine.
