Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve for cannabis

The client’s raw materials is cannabis, they need sieving the cannabis into high certificated products,they want one set of ultrasonic vibrating sieve to sieving the cannabis with 140 microns screen with more than 800kg/h capacity.


They used the vibrating sieve with bouncing ball cleaning system before, but according to them, the cannabis powder is easy to block the mesh, They need to deal with the screen surface, and they will find some more fine powder did not sieving clean and still mixed in it, so they need this vibrating sieve with ultrasonic system.



According to their using aim and our other clients’ using experience, we recommend the following Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve for him.
Model: DYC1500-1S
Equipment diameter: 1500mm
Sieve mesh size: 140microns single layer
Equipment material: Contact parts SUS304, equipment base Carbon steel

About the ultrasonic system, it have 2 sets, and will need to use at the same time, because the 1500mm diameter sieving area is big and use 2 sets will get the better sieving efficiency.
