Vibration Sieve For Food Powder

A client from Argentina need a machine, requirement as below:

Material: food powder, about 10% oil content
Mesh size: 80, 100, 120 mesh
Capacity: 50-100kgs/h
Motor: 220V, 60hz, 3 phase
Production proceed: hammer mill- sieving- thicker particles back to the hammer- repeat the process



We proposed the vibration sieve machine 1000mm, there are supporting mesh under the finer mesh, to extend finer mesh service live, and with silicone bouncing balls and rings to clean the mesh.

Client feedback that the machine works well, make very little noisy and really great.
