7 Operation Steps of Vacuum Feeder
In recent years, with the continuous development of my country's automatic feeding technology, vacuum feeding machines with automatic feeding as a power source have been widely used in pharmaceutical, food and other industries, and occupy an important position in conveying equipment.
According to the working mode of the vacuum feeder, the vacuum conveying is a closed pipeline conveying, which effectively eliminates dust environmental pollution, improves the working environment, reduces the pollution of the environment and personnel to the materials, and can greatly improve the cleanliness.
There are two ways to operate the vacuum feeder through the equipped control box and through the central control system PLC to control it. For the operation method controlled by the central control PLC, see the specific operation instructions. This manual only introduces the operation mode of the control box. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Check whether the suction port and vacuum suction port of the feeder are firmly connected. Whether the hand held suction device is fixed or is held by a dedicated person.
2. Check whether the power and air source of the feeder match the requirements.
3. Turn on the power and air source after confirming that it is correct connection.
4. According to the conveying distance and the performance of the material, set the loading and unloading time of the vacuum suction machine through the "feeding time" and "unloading time" adjustment buttons on the control box panel. note! ! ! After the suction is finished, the material in the intermediate buffer bin should be lower than the suction port.
5. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the control box panel to start the vacuum suction machine to start loading and unloading cycles.
6. After the total loading of materials reaches the requirement, press the "ON/OFF" button to stop the vacuum suction machine.
7. Turn off the power and air supply of the feeder.
