Characteristic Analysis of Linear Vibrating Screen

1. Unique structure design

Use two vibration motors with the same amplitude as the vibration source. When the material is thrown up on the screen, it makes a linear jump motion on the screen. When the material passes through the multi-layer screen, the on-screen material and the under-screen material are generated according to its own gravity and the specifications of the screen, then discharged from their respective outlets.

It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust spillage, automatic discharge, and more suitable for assembly line operations. 2. No mesh blocking, self-cleaning function
During the screening process, the material is constantly subjected to the excitation force of the motor, and it jumps forward. Therefore, network blocking generally does not occur. If the net is blocked, you can add a bouncing ball to help clear the net.
