How To Adjust The Upper And Lower Weights of The Rotary Vibrating Screen

The rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It takes 3-5 minutes to quickly change the screen. It has a fully enclosed structure and is suitable for screening and filtering particles, powder, mucus and other materials. The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. The upper and lower ends of the motor are equipped with eccentric weights, which convert the rotating motion of the motor into a horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transfer this motion to the screen surface . Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

1. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammers can change the movement trajectory and residence time of the material on the screen. In order to adapt the screening machine to the required separation state of various materials, such as the distribution of materials, the processing capacity, the separation efficiency, the screen passing rate and other changes, it should be adjusted to a better state.

2. The angle of the upper hammer of the rotary vibrating screen cannot be adjusted. Open the adjustment hole of the bottom barrel, loosen the fixing bolt of the lower hammer, and adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower hammers in the opposite direction to the discharge port according to the trajectory of the material to be screened. Then put a small amount of material on the screen surface, make the screen machine run, and check the movement trajectory of the screen surface material. If the processing parameters have reached the best results, stop the machine and tighten the fixing bolts, and the adjustment is over (remember to tighten the fixing bolts) .

Note: Sometimes due to the influence of the material's specific gravity, humidity, stacking inclination angle and other parameters, it is impossible to adjust the phase angle at one time. Therefore, the user must have sufficient patience to adjust, so that the screen machine can play its due high efficiency.

3. Adjustment of additional weight. An additional weight is installed in the first test of the upper and lower weights. Its function is to increase the exciting force of the screen machine. According to the number of layers of the user's screen and the specific gravity of the material, the exciting force is increased or decreased, and the amount of additional weights is increased or decreased. It can make the screen machine achieve better screening effect.
