Installation And Adjustment Of Explosion-proof Vibration Motor

Overview of explosion-proof vibration motors:

Explosion-proof vibrating motors are widely used in vibration equipment such as linear vibrating screens, ultrasonic vibrating screens, three-dimensional vibrating screens, avalanche screens, vibrating feeders, etc. in the vibration machinery industry. So what is the installation and adjustment sequence of explosion-proof vibration motors? Below we will share our experience with you:

Firstly, the explosion-proof vibration motor should be firmly and low installed on the vibration machine, and must not be loose. After the first use, the anchor bolts should be re-reinforced.

Secondly, the rubber sheathed flexible cable (rubber sheath outer diameter 15mm) for the explosion-proof vibration motor is connected to the power supply. The wiring steps are as follows:
1. Wipe the outside of the junction box clean and strip the insulation of the cable.
2. Remove the outlet gland, cable guide sleeve, sealing ring, and junction box cover.
3. Put the cable gland, cable guide sleeve and sealing ring on the cable, and then connect the power core wire and ground core wire of the cable to the terminal and ground screw respectively, and pay attention to the bare part of the wire not to be exposed outside the bow washer.
4. Install the sealing ring, cable guide sleeve, outlet pressure plate and junction box cover.
5. During disassembly and assembly, care should be taken to protect the explosion-proof surface from damage, and 204-1 anti-rust oil should be applied during assembly.

Finally, The cable must have a natural overhang between the junction box and the non-vibrating fixed card, that is, the cable length between the junction box and the non-vibrating fixed card should be 400-700mm longer than the wire distance.
