How to maintenance the vibrating motor of silo wall vibrator?

Silo wall vibrator has low weight, easy installation, small pollution to environment and high efficiency. It is famous for that it is not easy to appear jamming phenomenon when conveying wet and viscous material. It has been widely used in mine, chemical and other industries.

Here let’s focus on how to maintenance the vibration motor of silo wall vibrator. See the following points:


1. If we haven’t used the machine for a long time, then when start it again, the insulation resistance should be measured with 500V megohmmeter and its resistance should be more than 0.5MΩ.
2. When using, pay attention to check whether the rotating direction of vibrating motor is right. If it is wrong, adjust the power phase sequence timely.
3. One more important point is checking the lubrication condition of silo wall vibrator regularly. Supplement the No. 2 lithium base grease once two weeks.
4. At the beginning of equipment running, check the anchor bolt and other fixtures often. If the loosening condition appears, stop it immediately. Start it again after the fastening.
5. Checking the bearing of vibration motor whether it is worn seriously after the equipment’s accumulated operating time has reached 2000 hours is the important point. If it is, replace a new bearing immediately to prevent the question from causing equipment troubles.
