Reasons For Different Sieving Effects Of The Same Type Of Linear Vibration Sieve

Linear vibration sieve is a commonly used equipment, currently has a large number of applications in quartz sand, glass beads, plastic particles and other industries, generally used to classify and remove impurities in the 0.15mm-10mm particle size section, mainly used for processing granular materials, and multi-layer grading in the quartz sand industry has also become a more obvious feature, generally requiring 4-5 layers.

Our quartz sand customers report that two 1040-4P linear vibrating screens purchased at the same time are processing the same batch of raw materials, when passing through the 80 mesh mesh, the No. 1 straight linear vibration screen is clean, but the No. 2 linear vibrating screen is not clean. Specific understanding that the outlet of the No. 2 linear vibration sieve on sieve will always be mixed with about 10% of fine powder without sieve.

What causes this?
Most of the mixture under the screen is generally due to the broken screen, which is caused through the gaps due to the screen frame worn, and it can be solved by checking the condition of the screen and the frame. And the current situation reflected by customers is the mixture on sieve, this situation is relatively complicated.
Made the following suggestions:

1.Check the vibration motor to see if it is caused by the insufficient excitation force of the No. 2 linear vibrating screen due to the loose angle of the eccentric block.
2.Check whether the screen of No. 2 straight linear vibration sieve is blocked, resulting in a decrease in the material passing rate.
3.The two upstream equipment of the customer use different feeding equipment, whether because the feeding amount of the No. 2 linear vibration screen is too large, resulting in the layer of material on the screen surface being too thick, the material on the sieve is too late to come out from the outlet of the sieve, resulting in the mixture on the sieve.

The final customer solved the problem by adjusting the feed amount according to our opinion.
