Structure specification of linear vibrating separator

This machine is made of screen box, screen frame, screen cloth, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, holder.
1. Screen box: The screen box is welded by different thickness steel plate, which is a major part of whole machine with a great rigidity.
2. Screen frame: The screen frame is made of angle iron, mainly used for keeping the screen cloth flat and sieving normally.
3. Screen cloth: The screen cloth is made of low-carbon steel, brass, bronze and stainless steel wire.
4. Motor pedestal: The motor pedestal of the machine whose motor installed on the bottom can be moved. The connecting screws should be tightened during the first three using days so as to avoiding the safety problems.
5. Damping spring: The damping spring is used for preventing transfering the vibration to ground and supporting the whole machine's weight. When installating, the damping spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
6. Holder: The holder is made of four stanchions and two box irons. The stanchions should be perpendicular to ground, the box irons should be parallel.
