Technical advantages of belt conveyors

The belt conveyor has low power consumption. Because there is almost no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, not only the running resistance is small (about 1/3-1/5 of the scraper conveyor), but also the wear and breakage of the cargo load are small, and the productivity is high. These are all conducive to reducing production costs.

The transmission line of the belt conveyor is adaptable and flexible. The length of the line is determined according to the needs. The short is a few meters, and the length can reach more than 10km. It can be installed in small tunnels, and can also be erected over ground traffic chaos and dangerous areas.

According to the requirements of the technological process, the belt conveyor is very flexible to receive materials from one or more points, and can also discharge materials to multiple points or several sections. When feeding material to the conveyor belt at several points at the same time (such as the conveyor under the coal bunker of the coal preparation plant) or feeding the conveyor belt through the uniform feeding device at any point along the length of the belt conveyor, the belt conveyor The machine becomes a main conveying trunk line.

When the belt conveyor is working, the noise is small. When necessary, the belt conveyor can be enclosed in the hood to prevent dust from polluting the air. If in the transfer station, the dust can be sealed in the transfer chute, if it is connected with a dust collector, the dust can also be collected.
