The preparation before motor installation

1.Check whether the motor signs is consistent with requirements.
2.Use 500v to measure insulation resistance by megger, its value should be not less than 0.5 ohms, or dry processing should be made for stator winding, drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
3.Check the motor fasteners, prevent looseness.
4.Check whether the motor surface is damaged, deformation.
5.Check whether the flexible rotation, if abnormal, ruled out.
6.Check whether the power supply is lack of phase, and no-load operation for 5 minutes.
