 The application of shaker in paper medicine industry

1. Dry lime enters the early separation of the slurry lime pool
Purpose: to ensure the average particle size of the pulp limestone.
2. Paper filler (materials used by customers: slurry calcium carbonate and slurry titanium powder)
Objective: to improve the accuracy of papermaking filler;



3.Paper white water -- amboceptor: calcium carbonate, starch and other chemical compounds
The white water was filtered and the quality of white water was improved.
The papermaking white water is used for the recycling process to remove the paper fiber in white water.
4. Paper coating
Purpose: surface treatment of raw paper to achieve desired effect;
Use: coated paper, thermal paper, copper paper, all kinds of special paper industry.
5. Wastewater recovery
Purpose: To recover the pulp in the wastewater with the shaker and reduce the capital cost of the wastewater treatment.
