The maintenance of DY series mobile belt conveyor

1)The suitable environment temperature for conveyor belt is form -10 degrees to 40 degrees. When transport materials of acid, alkali, oil or organic solvent and other components, it is necessary to use a special type conveyor belt with acid and alkali or oil resistant.
2)Each class should carry on the daily maintenance work after use, the content is as follows:
<1> cut off the power supply, and then clean the conveyor belt and all the parts.
<2> check all the fastener parts, no loosening or shedding phenomenon.
<3> check the supporting roller’s transmission, and change the no-rotation parts timely.
<4> check the hasp wearing situation of mechanical joint or cold bonding joint situation.
<5> check the pressure of the air-filled tire and pay attention to the maintenance of the gas core. Try to support the wheel shaft to make the tire hang in the air when it has a long-time non-moving.
