The operating procedure of DY series mobile belt conveyor
The operator of this machine all should observe and be familiar with the operating procedure and be responsible for the operation, maintenance and storage of this machine.
1. preparation before operation
1)All the fasteners should be reliable and fastened.
2)Check the lubrication condition of each part,
3)Clean up the left material on the conveyor.
4)Under the conveyor cantilever end should be no one or other devices placed.
5)The tire of the road wheel set should be inflated in time when the air pressure lack is found.
6)Steel plate or wood plate should be padded under the tail wheel when it is sink as the softer ground.
7)The locating pin of the lifting conveyor road wheel set should be inserted well.
2.operation and inspection after the start.
1)check as the each requirement of the non-load operating test.
2)You can convey the material after passing the test and should feed material evenly as the given delivery capacity. The material flow should be aimed at the center of guided groove and conveying belt. The material block cannot be too large and the blanking height should not exceed 2 meters. You should keep continuous conveying as long as possible. There should be no dumping accumulation of a large number of material and other situation which affect the conveyor’s work.
3. stop feeding first, and then stop the machine after unloading the materials on the machine completely to take cleaning and finishing work.
