1,The input voltage of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is 220V.
2. The maximum vibration amplitude should not exceed 200 um when the production requirements are satisfied.
3. Please do not open the ultrasonic vibration screen power when screen frame have not screen . Otherwise, it is easy to cause the damage of screen frame and transducer because of the power flow.
4. The screen must be tightened, otherwise the ultrasonic output and vibration effect will be affected.
5. the Air plug of transducer must be tightened with screw and wrapped up the insulation tape well to prevent dust entering. Protect this connectior in use.
6. Check whether the nut of the transducer and connector plug is locked before the machine is started, and whether the transducer and screen frame is locked (40 ~ 50kg) . In the process of using, pay attention to the protection of cable between the machine case and the transducer. When connecting cable and transducer socket, pay attention to moisture-proof and connect plug and socket have no water.To prevent the material from entering the power box causing a short circuit,please isolate the power of the ultrasonic vibrating screen from the screening site.
7. Each ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, a connecting line, a transducer, and a screen frame. For better using,please do not use spares from other manufacturers.
8. It is recommended to use 504 glue to put mesh,and make the glue thinner.Before running,the screen tension should be unifor.
