Why does the straight screen vibrate left and right?

The straight line vibrates up and down to achieve the purpose of sieving. During use, there will be left and right vibration. The reasons for the left and right vibration of the straight line vibrating screen are as follows:

1. The screen is not tensioned. Tension the screen or replace it with a new one.

2. Check whether the placement position of the vibrating screen is smooth. For example, if the vibrating screen does not smoothly change to the horizontal ground or workbench, the bracket is fixed.

3. Whether the transportation support is disassembled. If the transportation support is not disassembled according to the instructions of the machine, not only the linear vibrating screen will vibrate as a whole but also cause damage to the whole machine.

4. Whether the angle of the weight of the motor needs to be readjusted; whether the motor runs in the same direction, the motor running direction of the linear vibrating screen should be in the opposite direction instead of the same direction.

The above points are common problems that may cause the linear vibrating screen to operate abnormally. I hope customers pay attention before use. Good equipment also needs careful maintenance.
