DZSF series linear vibrating screen

2023-10-17 09:31:03

DZSF series linear vibrating screen uses the vibration motor installed at the bottom of it as vibration source. When working, the two motors spin in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter into the feed port, go through the multi-layer screen, then different size of materials was separated out from different outlet.

Working Principle

The material enters the feed port of the sieve machine uniformly from the feeder, and several grading products are produced through the multi-layer screens. Different grading materials are respectively discharged from the respective outlets.

Features

1. Whole sealing and no dust emission.

2. Low energy consumption, low noise and high efficiency.

3. High screening accuracy, large processing capacity and simple structure.

4. Firm and reliable, long service life.

5. It can be equipped with one or more layers of screen mesh.

6.The power layout can be adjusted to suit the production conditions according to the customer's needs.

Application

Linear vibrating screen has a unique effect on powdery, granular materials selection and classification. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, metal, metallurgy, mining and other industries.

Chemical industry: fertilizers, urea, petroleum coke, resins, paints, cosmetics, paints and so on.
