The linear vibrating screen uses double horizontal vibrating motors, and the materials are distributed on the screen surface. The output of the rotary vibrating screen is large; while the rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor, the amplitude of the equipment can be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower weights of the vibrating motor, and the material makes a circular motion on the screen surface, so the chicken essence uses the rotary vibrating screen screening accuracy and preventing chicken essence from being shattered during the screening process have certain benefits.

The vibrating screen equipment is used in the next process of drying on the chicken essence production line. Both types of equipment can be easily matched on the production line. Generally speaking, the 600kg/h chicken essence production line usually uses a small vibration screen, such as Model 520 or 720 square linear vibrating screen or 800 model circular rotary vibrating screen.
