Sieving Of Magnesium Oxide

Magnesium oxide is white, amorphous powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and light in specific gravity.

Uses: used in the manufacture of metallurgy, smelting, high-grade magnesia bricks, refractory materials and moisturizing materials. It is also widely used in rubber, rubber sheets, rubber products, pharmaceuticals, and food industries.

At present, there are only two equipments for sieving finer magnesium oxide that can meet the requirements of sieving: horizontal air flow screen and ultrasonic vibrating screen.

The advantages of the airflow screen:
easy to clean, no dead ends, low noise, good sealing, can be used with the system, a good helper for intercepting unqualified products, and a crushing function.

Magnesium oxide screening:
Use horizontal airflow screen to screen 100 mesh, and the accumulation specific gravity is 0.2-0.3, the output can reach about 600 kg per hour; the equipment can be continuous.

Advantages of ultrasonic vibrating screen:
The vibrating screen has low noise, high efficiency and no pollution.

Magnesium oxide is screened by ultrasonic 100 mesh screening; the bulk specific gravity is 0.5-0.8, and the output per hour is about 400-500 kg. The ordinary rotary vibrating screen cannot meet the screening requirements.
