One. Belt deviation
1. Notice the size in the installation process
a. Adjust the roller bracket when finding running deviation to one side of the adhesive tape in non-loadb.
b. Adjust the roller levelness when finding running deviation at the roller in the adjustment and installation. The installation of transmission roller and steering roller requires that the coincidence ratio of their width center line and adhesive center line should not be more than 2 mm.
2. Deviation caused by sticky material on the drum roller and supporting roller
After a period of time running of the belt conveyor, some conveying material will glue on the drum roller and supporting roller. This will make the local cylinder diameter become larger and cause uneven tension of both sides of the belt. And this will cause belt running deviation.
Two. Fire accident
a. Using flame retardant tape can avoid unnecessary loss even the fire occurs.
b. Strengthen the maintenance of electrical equipment to avoid the fire caused by electrical accidents.
c. Strengthen the management. No water, oil and sundries on the adhesive tape. Daily cleaning of the machine nose and tail. Strengthen the operator’s operating technology and maintain good operating condition of the belt conveyor.
