How to maintain the three-phase asynchronous vibrating motor
The three-phase asynchronous vibrating motor should be taken a minor repair after running for 4-6 months; an overhaul, one year. Remove the dust and check the coil insulation resistance and wiring are firm or not to remove hidden dangers timely in the minor repair. When in the overhaul, start the motor and then remove the dust inside and outside. Check the bearing wearing condition. Check the joint, electrical grounding and each tightening bolt are loose or not. Then fasten them timely and replace new grease. When abnormal sound is found in the running of vibration motor, stop the machine and check it immediately. Then start the machine again after removing the trouble.
This product allows moderate axial clearance. Its shaft and bearing are dynamic matching. It adopts signal row cone roller bearing and the axial clearance must be controlled at the range of 0.30-0.35mm. If the clearance is too large, adjust it timely. Or it will make the motor sweep the bore, which makes it more easy to burn out the motor. When the vibration motor is not used, store it at ventilated and dry warehouse which is without corrosive gas. Check the new-stored vibration motor regularly whether there are damp, cold, rust, grease deterioration and other conditions or not.
