The operating procedure of NE50 bucket elevator

1. Before using the bucket elevator, take it run in non-load for a period of time. Feed the machine after its normal operation and keep even feeding. The production capacity of feeding device should be in the rated conveying capacity range of the bucket elevator. Feeding suddenly and largely or running in over-load are not allowed.
2. Stopping the machine in loading without special condition is not allowed. If needing stop, stop the feeding first. Unload off the material in the bucket elevator and then stop the machine.

3. When the bucket elevator is working, it is not allowed neither the cleaning and repairing of running parts nor the adjustment of fastening device.
4. For the start after the emergency shutdown in full-load transport, take manual discharge first and then crawl for several times to discharge the material in the bucket elevator off.
5. If the bucket elevator is used cohesively with several conveyors, start the machine which is the last discharged one first, then start the machine forward one by one. The parking order is contrary to the starting order.
