The maintenance, repair and trouble elimination of vibrating conveyor

1. Clean the ash layer in the slot monthly.
2. Check whether all the equipment screws are fastened monthly.
3. Replace the rubber and metal bushing yearly.
4. Remove the motor bearing to clean and seal it by gear grease again.
5. Easily occurred trouble of vibration conveyor mainly is the large noise in the vibration process. Take corresponding measures to eliminate according to the main reasons, which are as follows:


a) The damping block of buffer part is damaged. Replace it timely.
b) The bearing is damaged. Replace it timely.
c) The spring is damaged. Replace it timely.
6. Easily occurred trouble of plate spring vibration conveyor:
a) The bearing is damaged. Replace it timely.
b) The damping block of buffer part is damaged. Replace it timely.
c) The plate spring is damaged. Replace the rocker timely.
d) The tightening screws of buffer part and plate spring are damaged. Fasten them again.
