Installation and adjustment of YA series circular vibration screen

1. The chassis is fixed on the foundation to make the height difference of front and back bearings, which are at the same side, is uniform. The bearing plates of both sides of the same end (feeding end and discharging end) are at the same level with error of less than 2 mm.

2. Choose the spring devices with the same or similar rigidity. Install them at different bearing positions of the same vibration screen. Each height of the bearing springs should be same with error of less than 2 mm.

3. When adjusting the screen surface dip angle, loosen the fixed bolt of clamp first. Then turn the upper bearing and heighten or lower the back bearing at the same time. The last, adjust the distance of front and back bearing to make the screen surface dip angle reach the using require.

4. Each connection part should be fixed and reliable and all the bolts should not be loose. Each part should not have any abnormal sound. The minimum clearance of the vibrating parts and surrounding fixtures is 30-50mm.

5. When the machine leaves factory, adjust the double amplitude for 6-8mm. The users can adjust the angle between the main and vice eccentric blocks according to the requirement to change the excited force and then adjust the machine amplitude.
