The summary of dewatering screen
One. Application and feature:
1. TSS type dehydration screen is used for fine granularity dry and wet screening, dehydration, sculping and desliming of coal dressing, ore dressing, chemical and other industries. Reasonable structure, sturdy and durable body, low noise and convenient repair.
2. The screen mesh has simple structure and convenient repair. It adopts high strength metal mesh which is durable or rent screen plate, polyurethane screen plate.
3. This machine has seat-type and hanging type.
Two. Using condition:
1. The vibration acceleration is less than 20g(g:9.8m/s gravity acceleration).
2. The environment temperature is less than 40 degrees(if exceeds, reduce the power use).
3. The altitude is less than 1000 meters. If it crosses 1000 meters but doesn’t exceed 4000 meters, then the temperature rise limit shall be reduced with 0.5 degree as the altitude heightened with 100 meters.
4. Power: three-phase 380V, frequency 50Hz.
5. Working mode: SI(continuous).
6. The stator winding temperature rise number(electric resistance way) is less than 80K.
7. The bearing allowable temperature(thermometer way) shall be less than 95 degrees.
8. The working current of main engine is less than the data on the motor rating plate, or reduce the use of excited force.
9. The working environment should be no conductive dust and flammable, explosive, corrosive gas.
