The installation of silo wall vibrator

1. Full-steel silo:the ZFC type device should be welded on the outer wall of the silo.
2. The upper part is concrete silo, the underpart is steel hopper: the ZFC type device should be welded on the outer wall of the steel hopper.
3. Full-concrete silo and strengthened-steel hopper: the ZFC type device should be welded on the vibrating plate laid in the silo.
4. Silo of storing pure thick material: no mater what type the silo is, the ZFC type device should be welded on the vibrating plate laid in the silo.


5. Chute: the ZFC type device should be welded at the easily-stuck and easily-jammed parts of the chute.
6. Conical silo: if the diameter of installation part is more than 1m, please install two machines.
7. No matter what the installation way is, ensure the level height difference is 50-100mm as long as installing this device at both sides of the silo.
