When Do Bouncing Balls Need To Be added

The bouncing ball is a relatively common accessory in the vibrating screen equipment, especially the rotary vibrating screen and the linear vibrating screen, and plays a role in cleaning the screen in the screening equipment.

Add bouncing ball situation:
1. When the sieved material is relatively fine and not easy to sieve: we can add bouncing balls process under the sieve frame, which increases the longitudinal excitation force of the equipment and can make the material sieved smoothly.
2. When rotary vibrating screen sieves particles and dust materials: the exciting force of the rotary vibrating screen is not particularly large. Adding bouncing balls can increase the exciting force of the motor on the material; in addition, adding bouncing balls can also Clean the screen in time to prevent the material from blocking the screen.
3. When linear vibrating screen sieves materials with more than 100 mesh and less fluidity: bouncing balls needs to be added to increase the vibration force of the material, so that the material can be screened smoothly.

No need to add bouncing balls:
1. When the rotary vibrating screen is used for sieving the material: when the rotary vibrating screen is used to screen the slurry, there is no need to bounce the ball below, because the added bouncing ball may cause the slurry to fly randomly due to the large excitation force.
2. If the particle size of the material is larger than 1mm by a linear vibrating screen, such materials are easy to be screened. Adding bouncing balls may make the upper layer material not go in a straight line, and the screening is too slow.
Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the bouncing ball is added according to the characteristics of the screening material.
