Why is the spacing among each layer screen mesh different?

In the multi-layer vibration screen, the spacing among each layer screen mesh is different. The spacing between the first layer (the top layer) and the second layer is more smaller than it between the second layer and the third layer. The reasons are as follows:

The screen hole of the first layer is the biggest and the material is easy to drop. The screen hole of the second layer is relatively big and the material is still easy to fall. So the spacing between the first layer and the second layer is not too big. But the screen hole of the last layer, namely the third layer, is the smallest, with hoarding phenomenon caused by the slow material screening. So the spacing between the second layer and the third layer is relatively bigger.

In addition, the bigger spacing between the second and the third allows adding one layer to let the machine be the four-layer vibration screen when necessary. It will be more propitious to the adjustment operated by the client according to the demand condition of product granularity.
