What are the reasons of tripping of vibration screen

Vibration motor is the core of vibration screen, which is not allowed to have any question. In the using process of vibration screen, there is a condition of tripping. The reason is mostly related to the vibration motor. So what are the reasons of tripping?

1. The vibration motor is in short circuit.

2. The vibration motor’s cable is broken or aging, with electric leakage phenomenon.
3. The bearing is broken or starved of oil, resulting in the load tripping.
4. The vibration motor’s magnetic circuit performance declines, which causes too large current.
