Screw Conveyor

Screw conveyor has many different types, such as shaft screw conveyor and non--shaft screw conveyor; carbon steel screw conveyor, stainless steel screw conveyor and plastic screw conveyor; level screw conveyor, inclined screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor; tube screw conveyor and U type screw conveyor.

Application Scope:
1.Shaft screw conveyor: Powder, particle, small block materials, not suitable for materials with large moisture. (more than 10mm for block materials; 1mm - 10mm for small block materials; below 1mm for powder)
2.Non--shaft screw conveyor: Large viscosity, large moisture. (sludge, lime paste, garbage)
3.Carbon steel screw conveyor: Non-acidic, non-corrosive, less requirement.
4.Stainless steel screw conveyor: Food grade, higher demand, acidic and corrosive. (flour, salt)
5.Plastic screw conveyor: Chemical industry.

Case:
Cement powder: tube type screw conveyor.
Concrete, garbage with sludge and branch: U type non-shaft screw conveyor.
