1.Product Description

Rotary vibrating screen is a high precision fine screening equipment, suit for powder, particle and slurry screening and filtration, widely used in various industries.

2.Working Principle
Using vertical vibration motor as vibration source, through unbalanced eccentric hammer installed on the both ends of vibration motor to make this rotation movement into level, vertical and inclined three-dimensional movement, and transfer this movement to screen surface, change phase angle of eccentric hammer on the both ends of motor, as a result changing this materials trajectory.

3.Type And Model
According to different materials requirement, rotary vibrating screen can be divided into level separation, impurities separation and solid-liquid separation, in order to meet different handling capacity, also divided into many different models, including DY-600, DY-800, DY-1000, DY-1200, DY-1500, DY-1800 and DY-2000.
