Air-flow screen summary
Summary: air-flow screen is suitable for screening material with easy adhesion and light weight. The mesh number can be 40-500. It is widely used in chemical, medicine, food, paper-making, metallurgy, building material, rubber, machinery and other industries. The screen body has two material: carbon steel and stainless steel. It can be chosen freely by the client’s requirement. The screen mesh has two material: nylon and stainless steel, the nylon mesh can avoid the electrostatic phenomenon effectively.
Working principle: the mesh is cylindrical, which is placed in the machine body. After the material crosses the screw conveying system, it will be mixed and atomized with the air and then enter the mesh cylinder. The material will be jetted across the mesh by the centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion and then discharged by the fine material discharge port. The material which can’t cross the mesh will be discharged by the rough material discharge port along the cylinder wall. At one side of the machine, there is an observation window, which is for observing the internal condition.
