How to solve the question that ultrasonic vibration screen can’t be started normally?

1. The ultrasonic vibration screen needs 380V three-phase power. Please ensure the using power is three-phase power supply.

2. The electrical components in the circuit are damaged, which needs to replace new electrical components.

3. The vibrator is in trouble. Eliminate the trouble by checking and repairing the vibrator.

4. The voltage is low. Solve this question by changing the power supply.

5. The motor of ultrasonic vibration screen is broken, which needs to replace new motor.

6. The grease in the vibrator is thickened and caked, which needs to clean the vibrator and replace suitable grease.

7. There is too much material accumulated on the screen surface, which needs to clean the screen surface.
