Troubles and handling methods of direct discharge vibration screen

1.The running of vibrating motor is not good.

   1) confirm the power   handling method: open the switch

   2) bad contact caused by the lack of cable length   handling method: replace the cable
   3) the cable is broken   handling method: replace the cable
   4) the motor coil is burned  handling method: replace the motor
   5) feed too much lubricating oil   handling method: continuous running

2.Abnormal sound
   1) the clamp screw is not locked tightly  handling method: lock the nut tightly
   2) the clamp is not fitting safely  handling method: lock the copper nut tightly
   3) the base station is not stable  handling method: stabilize the base station
   4) the spring is broken  handling method: replace the spring
   5) the machine body is in contact with other hardware  handling method: move out a space about 10cm
   6) the alloy steel of motor is loose  handling method: confirm it is locked tightly
   7) the discharge port is in contact with other objects  handling method: let it be far away from other objects

3.The raw material can’t be discharged automatically
   1) the running direction of motor is wrong  handling method: change the contacting sequence of power
   2) the angle of upper and lower eccentric block is too large  handling method: let the angle be less than 90°
   3) the installation of upper and lower eccentric block is wrong  handling method: install the heavy eccentric block on the upper side; light, lower

4.The fine mesh is easy to be damaged
   1) the raw material impacts the mesh surface directly  handling method: change to use buffer
   2) the fine mesh isn’t tight  handling method: replace it again
   3) the rough mesh is broken  handling method: replace it
   4) the rubber pad is thin by grinding  handling method: replace it

5.The stainless steel exit is broken
   1) connect too heavy pipes or lift heavy objects  handling method: insulate the exit
   2) the clamp is locked unevenly  handling method: lock the clamp tightly
